2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the phpbet Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. phpbet strictly enforces this requirement and will take all necessary steps to verify player age.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phpbet Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phpbet complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phpbet does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in all locations.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) phpbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpbet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Account Information. When registering for a phpbet account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phpbet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpbet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phpbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phpbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
2.6 Non-Transferability. Your phpbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
3.1 Verification Requirement. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, phpbet is required to verify the identity of its players. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
3.2 Documents Required. phpbet may request the following documents to complete KYC verification:
3.3 Verification Timing. phpbet may request KYC documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.4 Withdrawal Restriction. phpbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. This is a regulatory requirement and is not discretionary.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local Philippine payment channels as may be added or removed from time to time. phpbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must be registered in your name.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phpbet is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpbet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process, depending on the sending bank. phpbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by phpbet within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. phpbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. phpbet operates a return-to-source withdrawal policy. Winnings will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. phpbet reserves the right to use alternative withdrawal methods where necessary.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the phpbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phpbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phpbet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. phpbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by phpbet are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phpbet reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotions.
5.4 Abuse of Bonuses. phpbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if phpbet has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system or engaged in fraudulent activity. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software or bots, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.6 phpbet's Right to Modify Promotions. phpbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 Game Availability. phpbet offers a library of games including live dealer tables, slots, table games, and other gaming products sourced from certified third-party providers. The availability of specific games may vary and phpbet reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the Platform at any time.
6.2 Certified RNG. All slot and virtual table games on phpbet use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified by internationally recognized testing laboratories. This ensures that game outcomes are random, fair, and not manipulated by phpbet or any third party.
6.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on phpbet are streamed in real time from certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and are not subject to software manipulation. phpbet sources its live dealer content exclusively from providers whose operations are independently audited.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, phpbet reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. phpbet's decision in such matters is final. No winnings generated as a result of a technical malfunction will be paid.
6.5 Disconnection Policy. phpbet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end during a game session. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 phpbet's Right to Suspend. phpbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where phpbet has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
8.2 phpbet's Right to Terminate. phpbet reserves the right to permanently close any player account and terminate the player's access to the Platform where a serious or repeated breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to phpbet.
8.3 Forfeiture of Funds. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, or provision of false information — phpbet reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds.
8.4 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request the closure of their phpbet account at any time by contacting phpbet customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the phpbet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phpbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License. phpbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not use the phpbet name, logo, or any other phpbet branding in any manner without the prior written consent of phpbet. Unauthorized use of phpbet's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 Platform Availability. phpbet endeavors to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phpbet's control. phpbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Cap on Liability. phpbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for your gaming decisions and any financial losses incurred. phpbet does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for gambling losses.

phpbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phpbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the phpbet Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.4.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and phpbet arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority.
